oy.

I got a series 2 set from the mandarake website, but series 1 has been all but impossible to find for me. Verycoolthings.com had them listed but after sustained email tag and excuses on their part, that fell through.

Series 2 at Mandarake: http://ekizo.mandarake.co.jp/shop/en/search.do?action=itemInfo&selectedItemIndex=21841&dt=1088058561561

There's also some box sets (ironically avaiable at a local anime shop in Los Angeles, near me) with the child version of the main characters paired w/ an important figure from their past (i.e. Luffy and Shanks, Zorro and that gal, Chopper and the doctor guy, yeah I'm blanking on names right now.) Prize set I believe. The kid version are actually on the smaller body and totally different than the older versions.

Example: Chopper set: http://ekizo.mandarake.co.jp/shop/en/search.do?action=itemInfo&selectedItemIndex=24797&dt=1088058561548

I like the ones I have but I find the deQue body is ill designed as there is not enough tension in the ball joints at the shoulder and hip.

PS. The Megabloks Japan One piece sets are pretty nice, and there is a Pirate ship set coming soon! (all at HLJ)
