Damn the globe, screw the Consitition...so long as the candidate is one of ours and will uphold our beliefs for all others...

I have to wonder what those beliefs are, though. Because MY faith respects life, honors integrity and seeks peace but I don't see any of that in our current leadership.

It seems to me that Christians (and GOP and Dems and all the rest of the monkeys in the zoo) are more interested in POWER than they are any set of morals or ethics. They are using the fig leaf of Christianity (or progressivism or conservatism or whatever) to get into power then do whatever it takes to keep the power. Power is their real god. Damn the morality, lets just do what it takes to keep world domination!! (said with a sinister laugh, gleefully rubbing hands together)

And while I don't think a minimum wage law will do anyone any good, (laws of economics, supply and demand and all that. In fact, if we got a handle on illegal immigration, wages would naturally rise to meet the demand.) I am more outraged that Congress gets to determine its own perks.

So Deb, if you run for Prez, can I be your Treasury Sec? :D
