I see what you are saying, but the fact remains that we still have to elect a president and of those who have a shot at being elected, I would rather have the one who is going to leave the most of my rights intact than the one who is going to strive to take more of them away. No agruement here that given who is running and likely to get elected, we are going to lose more rights, but some are definitely worse than others.
