The church as a vast majority IS VERY complacent. But I've noticed that in most wards, there are the one, two, or three guys with enough guts to faithfully do what is necessary in this regard. My ward in Pennsylvania is home to at least a dozen well-armed men waiting for the right opportunity... Its a good ward, indeed.

A half dozen, incredibly bright, faithful priesthood holders has the full ability to bring this government to their knees. With the Lord on our side, we can do anything.

Has anyone here read "Unintended Consequences"? I read it before activity in the church and DO NOT recommend it as a good priesthood holder. There is a lot of sex, all of it unnecessary. But in the book, 3 or 4 people are the masterminds behind such a scenario. Its believeable, too... NOT that much of a fantasy at all. If 3 or 4 random people can do it, I'm confident that in a reality-based situation, 3 or 4 priesthood holders could do it as well.

But even though I feel its possible, that doesn't mean I think it is probable. The scenario I mentioned earlier is the more likely of the two I mention.

Within my small network of acquaintances, I know at least 3 dozen priesthood holders that simply need 'the key word' to be uttered. On top of that, I know at least a dozen women who feel the same way... One is my wife and there are a few others here.

Keep the faith, an open ear, an open eye, and a chambered bullet.
