or not. After the Kelo vs. New London debacle, do you see this as a judge who has been overruled by a sheriff or as a point of law? Because if the sheriff can make those types of decisions, then do you think other people might try to get out of serving their sentences?

Or saying that the judges don't matter? I see this as kind of a revolt; he was working within the law, but the judge is overriding it...and that is what intrigues me.
