If polls can be trusted, it appears that the American people are having second thoughts about our current war. Just last week a prominent member of our stake actually admitted to dh that he was thinking this war was a huge mistake. Amazing admission, considering the unmitigated support that most LDS have given this war.
Most LDS? If so, why?
Yet, there is still suppression of dissension in any form. Just try attending a Bush event with a peace T-shirt or sign. Or try posting a plea for peace on the LDFR board. The response is the same--you are shut out. It seems our people still value unity over truth.
What people? Whose people? Not my people; not my dog!
In fact my dog (Ms. Coco Chanel, poodle girl) loves pooping anywhere she darn pleases--and I don't even homeschool her to do so. She's not registered Republican so her very liberal owner follows her around to be sure to pick up after her. (Yeah, no political message there, lol!)
P.S. Noticed one thread from one board evaporated. Leprechaun magic.
