These diasters were a tough thing, because they are so horrible, you can't really want these people to be without help... and quickly. (which our government did not do anyway) but principles do not cease to exist because the situation is tougher... seizing money for someone's paycheck is wrong no matter WHAT you do with it. Any time you hear someone saying, "The end justifies the means" then you can figure the means are dead wrong.
