Back to the topic:

Your post does wonders to illustrate the concept of feeling taken over by a predominate belief. And that feeds my wonder to say, "it's good and peaceable to find joy and respect in all believers' celebrations, i.e., holidays."

At the end of the day (as I personally believe), Christmas is not owned by bullies intending to control the calendar month of December. It's in our hearts and our homes year-round, without a need for another to celebrate it along with us.

All y'alls' mileages may vary.m And that's okay, too.
