Subject: Anyone know anything about this?

Growing up, my best friend's step-father was an attorney who taught at the BYU law school, but his private law practice dealt totally with weather modification. I was infatuated with the study of it while I was in college studying meterorology. I didn't think much about it until a couple of months ago when I stumbled into a web site and started studying it again. While we seem to have made significant advancements in weather modification technology, I had no idea how much we've advanced.

I've been reading a lot lately about how weather modification is fast becoming the warfare of the 21st century. Weather modification is relatively inexpensive, does tremendous damage without the fallout of nuclear warfare, and its source is difficult to trace. The countries who lead the way in weather modification warfare will have tremendous power over the rest of the world. So they say, anyway.

I have noticed that there are literally hundreds of websites about Katrina being a man made hurricane. Whether or not I believe any of it is still up in the air (pardon the pun). However, I am convinced from my presonal studies that we have the ability to seriously alter weather, but I'm not conivnced that we have the ability to direct it with precision upon any particular target.

Has anyone else looked into this?
