I have to disagree with this statement.

People have been murdered by others because someone determined that the victim was in the murders way , so they determined that taking another's life was right for them. Now I am not saying that this is the case in all abortions, but of the few people of my aquaintance who have recieved them, they had them because the pregnancy would be an embarrassment or was not convenient to them. Legal or not, I think that is an example of an intent to take life and whether it can be called malicious or not, I don't really think it makes a difference. The end result it the same.
