well, if there are no plans for a draft... why was a notice posted on a government page--like a year ago-- looking for people who would man the draft-exemption boards?
I'm betting someone here might have a copy of that page. I actually have it on my computer that is in storage. The page disappeared after a short time. Can't have such stuff before an election!
I'm watching... I think there's a good chance it will happen.
