In fact, your posts would stand very little chance of being deleted because you are extra good at speaking your mind directly and yet not casting many stones as you do so. You should know by now Deb that I don't delete posts lightly, nor do I ever delete a post for disagreeing with me. You can take me on all you like, I have no problem with that.

I did not mean to infer that all liberals are idiots, only the people here in Washington State who have determined that it is good for us to have only two choices for an office. In fact, I never said all liberals are idiots, but specifically the people here who voted for such a law. It's about the stupidist, most frustrating thing I have seen happen here. So if you took that post to mean you, then I apologize, it was not meant to be all liberals but rather the people here in Washington state who passed such a referendum.

as far as Eppy and Bee being banned, that is not exactly the situation, although it comes close to it. I have emailed with Eppy and told her I would be sending her the password soon. The problem was the the personality mix on the board wasn't working... the posters that used to come here were mostly staying away because of the 'feel' of the board. In a bid to pump the board back up again, I and another poster who USED to enjoy the site tried to think of what might help... inviting a bunch of the other posters back with a new password and and then adding those two back in seemed like it might work. They had heavily dominated the board, with little interaction from others, and the posts had often covered issues like John Kerry's wife being in love with her first husband, etc. I wanted to change the feel of things, and then add Eppy and Bee back to the board. The idea was that if there was a larger group, then when they joined us, it would have more balance.

It hasn't really worked well. Sad to say, we're still not getting much activity. :o( But perhaps this would be a good time to invite them back... with them added it would be somewhat of a bigger group.

Sorry if I offended you or anyone else in doing this, Deb. Sometimes you just cast your mind about and try and come up with a solution. Perhaps you disagree with my solution... but that is all I was trying to do.

The only posts I have ever deleted on this board have been long ago, and have been profanity. I think Leif was clearly warned about the type of posts that would not be acceptable. I am somewhat sensitive to those posts because I have seen others who would be very effected by them, were they to read them. They may be read at a time in someones life when the spirit does not lead them. I won't let this forum be used as a place to cast doubts in people's mind. They can get their doubts fed elsewhere.

Despite your rush to Leif's defense, I suspect that Leif more than halfway expected my response and that he can take it without having his own belief's shaken. He will just find a different place to express them.
