ever watched a magic show... with one hand the magician dazzles the audience while witha little slight of hand the magician does things not even noticed with the other hand.
The magician's name is George Bush. He does a little of what we might call God Speak. He stands and invokes the name of diety, and all of the so called right wing America, gasps with delight-- here at last is a Christian politician! And so they believe the words coming from his mouth, while with his cunning crafiness he performs a little slight of man on the side. Few are noticing that side show.
It's not just the members of our church, but indeed the whole 'christian right' that has bought the whole show. It is amazing how few people are looking beyond the 'God speak.'
People were foolishly convinced that they had to choose between a wicked stem-cell researcher like John Kerry and a God-fearing man like George Bush. Few understand the truth of other choices. As long as they are brainwashed into believing they have two choices, they will continue to support their one party, as the goals of both the Dems and Reps are one.
