it is difficult serving in the military because of the changes of policy. When I posted about my husband being commissioned by the Clinton White House, you can just imagine what we thought and how we felt about it, but he did his duty and served with honor, in spite of the things that Clinton did and did not do.

The other problems are also systemic as it involves a volunteer military and the entrenched attitude that the men and women who wear the uniform are cannon fodder, and both sides of the spectrum play the card to suit them.

Which is WHY we need to go back to state funded militias.
But that is just me and mileage...
