Your personal validation is fine. I have never been able to eat soy products unless it is a fermented version which is easily digestible, and that is miso soup. That sort of limits me anyway, since it isn't something I am all that wild about.

I take vitamins and off pain meds and recovering just fine from my operations. My docs told me I wouldn't be walking for about three months; I am walking now. It is with a pronounced limp, but that beats being dependent on others
via the wheelchair or the hemiwalker.

I don't use Reliv products; I go to a health food store that a member owns. She gives me a discount. Her staff is knowledgeable and USE the products she has in the store and they are free from illness as well, so the validation would be that taking supplements is good for you. If you happen to like Reliv, fine. I rejoice in your recovered health and am happy for both of you.
