of eating "vegetables" instead of meat. I have found, in my research, that soy is a more complex protein molecule, hence, harder to digest in a "single stomach animal", meaning, that, for cows, etc, it maybe a great food, but, people tend to get more "gas" and "headaches" from eating soy protien that even meats.....I would stick to brocolli, alfalfa, etc..........much easier to digest, less HCL flushing the stomach, etc.........stan
