Tonight at an Eagle COH, a sweet little old lady from Biloxi, Mississippi told me that God was in Hurricane Katrina; that He sent it to test and sift the people who not only were in the path of the storm but those who have
been helping since it happened. She told me how blessed she felt to have lived through it and that God had watched over her and her family.
I agreed with her and wondered about the people here in regard to the weather being a sign of the times.
