***The seen opens in the back stage area of HSW arena the camera is focused on a briefcase held by an attorney as he is walking the halls he stops and you hear him knock on a door the camera then opens to see the whole attorney as he is at the locker room door of JB Spikes. The door opens ands reveals JB***

JB: Can I help you?

Attorney: yes you can Mr. Spikes my name is Michael Hagen and I was the personal Attorney to a Mr. Dan Piazza.

JB: I�m sorry Sr. but I fail to see how that pertains to me? I�ve never heard of this Piazza guy.

Hagen: Well you see Mr. Spikes, (JB cuts him off)

JB: call me JB please

Hagen: ok fine, JB; well you see Mr. Piazza contracted a rare form of cancer that ate away at him this past year and the only thing that could lift his spirits was the two hours a week that he was watching wrestling and you were his favorite performer to watch and shortly before his untimely passing he made out a will, you see Mr. Piazza had no living relatives and his only friend was me and he left all of his worldly positions to only two people one being me and the other is in fact you. He split his fortune between us right down the middle 50% to me and 50% to you JB.

JB: I didn�t even know this man and he�s giving me half of all he owned?

Hagen: that�s correct Sr.

JB: Holy shit. So how much money are we talking about?

Hagen: the amount is estimated at about $350 million Mr. Spikes

JB: (JB falls back in his chair) y.... You... telling me this man left me $125 million?

Hagen: No Sr. his whole fortune was around $700 million and your half is $350 million.

JB: Oh my god I...I... don�t know what to say thank you so much

Hagen: you don�t have to say anything to me it�s not my money. But I think you should know that Mr. Piazza was never really the same after you lost your title to the Cutting Edge and I think ultimately that's what killed him.

***Hagen hands JB the check***

Hagen: thanks for your JB, enjoy your half of the money and have a great day

JB: I can�t thank you enough Mr. Hagan and I promise you that I�ll get my belt back from Cutting Edge In memory of Mr. Piazza. And Edge if t you�re listening I�m issuing a challenge for the belt that is rightfully mine, the international title. That�s right Edge if you have the brass I want a rematch at the free for all Pay-per-views. The balls in your court either step up or be a pussy and step out mother trucker!

***The seen ends as Hagen leaves JB�s dressing room and JB is left sitting in his chair staring at the check***
