He makes a weak attempt at a laugh. "Hate you? And this coming from miss 'You stupid goody-goodies, aren't you supposed to be nice?!' " His voice is accurate in immitating someone the OPPOSiTE of Stovati. Then the weak laugh subsides, and all attempts at humor are abandoned. "I could never hate you. In fact, I--" His breath catches, and Farhan pauses before gathering up his courage and continuing: "I love you." There. It is said, and although he has no clue how this shall be recieved by Stovati, it is a great relief at last to say the words aloud. He awaits Stovati's response.
