((just to tell you, he doesn't need a martingale/breastplate or jumping boots. He uses a raised bridle w/ a padded flash noseband. Also, that whole post was powerplaying. You can't just assume that he stands perfectly still for you and does everything that you want. It's not serious powerplaying but it is still powerplaying. Yea, he's a well trained horse, but he's not perfect. Oh, you don't need to use a breastcollar and martingale. The martingale connects to the girth by itself. If you need it to attach to the saddle because it slips back on the horse, you can use a breastplate.))
