That was beautiful Ken.

I was with a woman I have been spending time and sleeping with over in Racine, WI. She picked me up friday night and met her girlfriend and her new man. The four of us checked out some pubs out here that you guys would LOVE. Cream City brick interiors, wood floors, micro brews. I SO wished you guys were here and enjoying the mose excellent surroundings and the night life here in Milwaukee.

I made a vow that whenever my endeavors become successful, I'd pay to fly you guys out and cover costs for the whole time we are together.

Well, I stayed at the woman's house that night, and did the nasty that night and in the morning. As she went to make coffee, I was attempting to listen to the nature sounds on her radio, when I inadvertantly clicked on the radio. The AM station mentioned about some fireball over Texas? Thinking it was some BS station or maybe some cornhole religious station about Armagedon....I switched to FM and caught wind....of....Shuttle Columbia?? lost contact during reentry? Fireball??? WHat the fuck??!!! So I slipped some clothes on and told the woman to turn on the television it sounds like the shuttle exploded.... I told myself...if I see any reports or newspapers pics of Muslims dancing around partying over the deaths of the astronauts...I'd WALK to Iraq myself and kick their fucking asses!!

That wasn't a loan. It was a gift. I'm glad you like it.

I had just had a nice morning roll in the hay with my wife and got up to flick on the
tube. This was several hours after the event. All of the news channels talked about
debris field, but nothing - not even a text scroll - recounted what they were talking about.
I hate it when the news assumes you've been watching from the beginning. Finally, I
surmised that the shuttle must have blown up. It was several minutes later that they
finally recounted the events that lead up to the disintegration.

My mood had an undertone of sadness for the rest of the weekend.

I will finish up the archive this week. I have a bit more work to do converting the Archive html tags to MS Word. The file is around 1.7 MB and when completed I will post it to a private web directory the address of which I will e-mail to each of you. Then, when you all have downloaded it I will remove it.

Take care.
