Subject: Before Dawn...

As you near the immense island you begin to realize just why everyone was so afraid of this place. People of many kinds lived here, people of kinds you have never seen before. Or thought you've never seen before. Gazing ahead you see the sun dip out of view, the ocean becoming dark and unfriendly. Seconds later, the huge silver castle apears and all your fears are swept away. You land at the dock and a petite young woman approches you.
She has silvery hair and eyes that look far beyond the reaches of time and space. She takes your hand and leads you to a small building, easily the oldest in town. "This is our library," she says quietly, her voice a soft winter breeze. "Use it well and you shall do well in our little home." She nods and as suddenly as she came, she was gone. All that was left was her soft voice and the parting words, "All you have ever known, has been left at the door."
