Maia blinked in suprise as the majiick of the glen caused the trees to begin their humming, her head turning to get a glimpse at Cariad, guessing but still a little unsure on what was happening and what all were supposed to do at this perticular moment. Backing up to join the ring of the humans around the edge of the Glen she waited, feeling the excitment and waiting in the air as everything almost held it's breath watching the plenyt, and who they would pick to forever Bond with, for the time when life partners would be chosen was now here, without a doubt. Maia watched as the first Bonding took place, with the young future Rian to the girl whom she had chosen, and Maia smiled involuntarily as the first Bonding occured.

The second and third bondings occured, and then a fourth and fifth - and a sixth! - one right after the other. Only two plenyt were left in the middle of the circle, now with what looked like gaps in it with the six so far who had been chosen; who had Bonded. Maia thought that she felt a pause, but perhaps it was just her, as one of the plenyt moved confidently up to stand just in front of - her. Maia's eyes widened; out of all of those here... The vibrant black and red male makde his way to Maia. His mental voice was a husky purr, honey sweet to her mind. -I am called Anfanol, Maia. We are to spend the rest of our lives together you know.- Anfanol gazes adoringly at Maia, though there is something like kindness and sympathy there in gaze as well as Maia sought for something to say. She opened her mouth, though no words came out, she just watched Anfanol, as he watched her at the same time.
