Yeah its weird, I read the opinions of some people that were against Taty's concept and they were saying how Taty is using their queerness to get big. I don't agree because in many cases, them being queer would just make them less popular since parents would probably find them to be evil or something. I find that interesting how Russia does seem to be accepting of them in most cases. But Taty don't just sing about queer stuff, they sing about anything. I like their music. Actually today my dad was telling me about this gay singer that is currently #1 in Russia. My parents saw him in concert, hes very popular.
