I received a phone call yesterday from a shelter saying that an 8 year old hairless female was turned into them. First the girl said that she had chronic dry eye and skin problems. Then she put me on hold, came back on and said that the vet said the dog is blind. But if I took her they would have to spay her first. She also told me that the dog would be euthed if no one took her.

So I called them today and told them I would take her. They will spay her Friday and I will get her Saturday.

So my question is, if she truly is blind, does any one have any info on having a blind dog?
