We have a Boston/Cresty mix in our rescue. He is completely naked and looks more like the Cresty. Really only has Boston eyes. I am wondering how to take care of his skin. I've been checking online and every single thing has conflicting advice. No lotion, lotion, no medicated bath, definately a medicated bath and etc... I'm a dog groomer but I'm not experienced with this breed. Could someone educated me please so I can pass this info on when he gets a home and make sure I'm taking care of his skin right? He has some bumps and pimples. He has a lot of scratches on his skin as well. He's from a garbage house so who knows what his past has been like.
