 Does anyone feed their dog a Raw Meat Diet?

I was at a Pet Deli today & they tried to convince me to give my baby, Suzi, raw food. I'm going to ask her vet about it tomorrow but I'm very hesitant, especially because she has a cardiac condition. I'm worried about bacteria, some of which can kill humans.

I've searched online & have found an equal amount of sites pro & con. I only want to do what's best for her.

Any experience you've had with these diets will be appreciated.
