Sebacious (pearly) cysts don't generally bother the dogs - they bother us humans. The only product that really works to help soften these is Keratolux shampoo - it is not an overnite fix, you will need to use the shampoo weekly for several months at least. Over time it helps to soften them so they can be expressed. These cysts have a hard core to them and if you don't get the core removed, they will come right back.

If they seem to be itching your dog & driving it crazy, I would question the diagnosis. You can purchase some Eqyss Microtek shampoo & spray which helps relieve itching, but if the itching is very intense, have your vet order some Genesis spray - this is the only product that really does help relieve itching (you may need to seek out a vet dermatologist to get it).
