I have had my cresties do that from stress. My worst was actually my mix breed dog who I'd adopted from a rescue group. I was very alarmed and took her into the vet. Besides her trachea being collapsed from the collar they'd left on her she is just one nervous nellie. Just sitting with them and spending a little time seemed to help her. I would take your dog in just to make sure it isn't something else or at the very least maybe he/she could prescribe something to calm the nerves a bit.

Moving is a pretty big change for those little moppets (not to mention the two leggers). Have you taken the dog with you to the new place? I think that helped us out tremendously when we moved and the dogs knew what was going on for the most part. I don't think mine really cared that we left the old place and never went back to it (we only moved a block over and block up).
