If she has ear fringe, try shaving the ears to get the extra weight off to see if they will stand (a good site with step by step directions on how to shave the ears is www.crestars.com). If shaving doesn't work, this same site also has directions on how to tape the ears. All you can do is try, if they stand then great, but really depends on whether the ear cartiledge is bent as to whether they'll stand or not.
