My hairless also has had acne since he was two months old. I have tried everything to get rid of it. I think all cc hairless dogs have some degree of acne, so I have learned to live with it, and just try to control it enough to make him comfortable. Mine does not scratch at all, it does not seem to bother him. This is what I use, Pyoben medicated shampoo, you have to get this from your vet. Wash dog in warm water, allowing this shampoo to stay on the skin for about five minutes, then rinse well, make sure you do not get in eyes. Then for the daily lotion I use aveeno baby. Keep your dog lotioned every day, and bath two times a week. No wool. Good luck.
