Thanks I'll bring that up to the vet when we take her in for her shots or spaying (which ever comes first, could be both). I know that her sis (different mom)supposedly had a murmer and yet at her spaying they found nothing. Drives me insane since I lost a beautiful male crested to a little murmer that turned into heart failure.

I finally found a vet I think I can trust to know what they are doing so I've brought everyone over to them. I contacted the vet (had to call several to find out where they'd been) and all the shots expired in 2001/2002. Not too amused with this developement but not a big surprise since my brother-in-law started to have a lot of problems around that time.

My husband has decided that we are just going to keep the girls so on with the vet bills. I was embarrassed to try to pass them off to you guys with nothing done to them for years anyhow. Shannon wants me to join as a rep here in MT so that doubly obligates me to make sure they were really healthy.

Have you ever tried the Fat Balls listed on one of the sites? I'm thinking I may try both versions. Too bad there isn't a low-cal version for Gus poor guy.

tanya
Thanks again for all the help
