Hello,
I was referred to your board because I am looking to place a young powderpuff. Her previous owner did not want to pay to fix a fracture (2nd broken leg). She's about a year, spayed, her leg has healed from surgery. She's a friendly, engaging, trouble seeking little pooch. Unfortunately she also has some fear aggression when it comes to handling her legs. Because she's only five pounds, and because it was the children (according to the prev. owner) that caused both fractures, I'm relunctant to even consider a home with children in it.
We're in the San Francisco bay area, and I'm willing to drive a couple of hours from there. However she will not be placed where I (or someone I know) can't do a home visit.
