Kay, those are what we call sebaceous (or pearly) cysts. They are caused by a blockage of the hair follicle an the sebum backs up. They have a hard center core to them. You can try using Keratolux shampoo on them, but there is now quick easy fix for them. Expressing them does no good unless you get the core...if you leave the core it will simply build back up. Over time, the Keratolux will soften them up.
