Subject: Struvite Bladder Stones

My female hairless has recently developed struvite bladder stones and I wondered if anyone else has had this problem with a Crestie and might be able to offer some advice.
She is under the vet's care, recently had surgery to remove two large stones, and we are trying prescription diets and monitoring her closely. But as we all know, our Cresties are very unique, and often veterinarians don't have a lot of experience with the breed. Can anyone help with a regime that worked for their Crestie in stopping these stones from developing? I would appreciate any input at all. Thank you.
