Swan Hill Farm is in danger of closing. It (SHF) will remain open until December 31, 2002.
My reasons are:
1.) I have NO time to spend playing and facilitating this game
2.) School has had me take on huge responsibilities
3.) I am buying a horse (for REAL), early next January (2003), which will take up even more time
4.) I have started working twice as much as I have been (around my house and at my job), to pay for the horse
5.) I only have about 20 minutes a day to spend online, doing what I want to do (for fun), and I can't use it up on SHF.
6.) My other interests are just taking up to much energy
It mostly boils down to time, and a need for greater ambition...
I have other reasons, which you probably wouldn't understand, but closing SHF is just something that needs to happen.
January 1st, 2003 all the member pages will be destroyed (that sounds nasty, I know, but for lack of a better word...destroyed it is...). Links to the message boards will be deleted, and I will close my swanhillfarm@entermail.net account. Also, the joining form will be closed.
If you want to join another game, I guess we could arrange something with Heritage Stables, M and D Ranch, or another game to transfer your horses (if you want to keep them), there. There is also more horse games to play, you can look for more on haynet.net (look under stuff like "Kid Stuff > Games > Online >" etc)
