Unfortunately, I don't have a good answer to your question. I think the reason nobody has responded is because what you want doesn't exist.

I would be surprised to discover that there was any place in the USA that specialized in the repair of Transmonde laptops. Since the manufacturer doesn't even exist, it's either impossible or downright difficult to find replacements for the proprietary components of a Transmonde laptop.

That said, if the problem is something relatively simple, any decent and reputable computer repair shop should be able to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs. A short circuit, bad RAM, a bad CPU, hard drive, etc. would all be easy fixes. You might even be able to get a new LCD screen, depending on their hardward connections.
