I posted this on the Transmonde board in yahoogroups but thought I would try here also for anyone not subscribed there.

I have an XL that I'm willing to sell in parts or whole, for best offer.

Configuration:
Pentium II-266
64 MB ram
14 inch screen
MPEG-2 decoder (I had intended to buy the DVD drive later, but never did)
Removable CD Drive module
Built in 56 KB Modem
Built in 3.5 Floppy
2 Primary Lithium Ion batteries

Several months ago, this machine would not power up any more. I disassembled and reassembled it a couple of times looking for broken connections, etc. With a meter, I checked for current in various places and power was definitely getting past the power connector and into the system. I suspect a motherboard failure of some sort is the cause. The screen is in excellent condition, no dead pixels.

I've removed the 6 Gig drive and am using it in external enclosure attached to my new notebook, so I most likely will not be selling it.
