I have a problem with my Vivante XL V.90 modem. For some reason after I upgrade to Win2000, my modem is slower (comparable to a 14.4K modem) when I'm online. I try to uninstall and have Win2000 detect the modem but it is still slow. I know there is not a Win2000 driver from ASE/Rockwell/Foresson for the modem but does anyone know if I can somehow treak Win2000 so that the modem can be up to speed.
