In past testing, we were never able to increase the non-DOS partition required for suspend-to-disk to work once an OS was created (without wiping out the whole HDD and starting over)- even using Partition Magic. You may want to call Partition Magic tech support as I would think they would have encountered a similar situation with other users. Good luck.
