Hi Allen,
I sent e-mail to USI both in the States and in Taiwan.
I got response from the US office saying that they
forwarded the request to Taiwan, but no reply from them :(
Who were you contacted by? Taiwan or maybe some other
office? I am a bit hopeful here, thanks for your
information!
