You can replace the main 64MB module, but since it is located under the CPU, its not recommended. But if you want to, here are a few steps:

1. Remove the Vivante XL logo on the "vents" above the keyboard.
2. Remove the screw (phillips head) that was hiding under the logo.
3. Remove the 2 (maybe 3, I don't recall) screws holding in the heatsink on top of the CPU.
4. Remove the 3 screws holding in the CPU.
5. You should now have access to the RAM module.
