I have a vivante xl from march of last year. I'm a little confused about the dvd module, in one place it says hollywood, in another ventura, and neither seem to match up to the sigma designs driver update page which has hollywood 1 and 2 and hollywood plus, and ventura plus. I tried updating dvd stuff before and ran into the problem that others had of drivers not being compatible if they aren't all the latest. So what all needs to be upgraded? The video adapter? The ess media device controller? I think this is a case of a little knowledge being a dangerous thing, but I guess I want to try.
