I sent my Vibrant LS to ASE Technolgies because it would not recognize its battery. I heard nothing from them from them for over 6 weeks. I finally faxed them and got this reply:
"Your laptop needs a Mother Board, unfortunately we don't have any in stock. At this point we do not know if we can get any more Transmonde Accessories, we will keep you up to date iwth any news. We apologize fo the inconvenience!"

Good grief! No MB's in a warranty repair station that thinks they're "accessories." Anybody have any luck lighting a fire under this "Service" Department? I really need this laptop for my business!
