My video resolution has just permanently changed and now only displays in 640x480 (16 colors). When I try and change it to some other resoution in the Control Panel, it acts like it will work (asking me to reboot the machine), but when the machine reboots it is still in 640x480 mode. The display on an external monitor is the same. When I cycle between external and internal displays using Fn F8 keys the screen flashes like it is trying to display in full screen mode but it returns to 640x480.
Has anyone had this same problem????? Solution????
