Ok... I wrote a while back about my hard drive not waking up after being on for a while...it is still doing that and now, all of a sudden... I have been having registry problems. I am not doing anything different, nor have I installed anything new for quite a while. I have Win 98 (let me guess... there's my problem, right?) and my Viv SE has had no other problems... I would reinstall the OS, but I am unfamiliar with what this entails... I take it I just do a reinstall, but does this simply reinstall Win 98 "under" all my pre-existing software? Or do I need to backup and copy/move everything off first?

*sigh* You know, I love Transmonde. I swear, without this site, I don't know what I would do.
