Wednesday the unit came back, and finally it is able to change the battery! It's fixed! Yea! For the first time, I see the power management icon appear as a battery.
Only 88% is the max charge that it ever shows. Probably the battery is really 100% charged; pressing the button on the battery does light up 100%. I think this was discussed here before, but I don't remember the details... What is the advice about how to get the display in Windows to show 100%?
