Thanks! Ok, I dl'd the beta drivers, but they did not work on my Vivante SE. As soon as the touchpad applet loads during startup, the mouse cursor freezes. I had to navigate with the keyboard, and uninstall, to put the device back to "Microsoft PS/2 Mouse."
The driver which failed was from "2K5044US.zip" ...I will try again when they post an updated version.
