The DVD drive comes on, and so does the fan, but I am not sure that the hard drive is spinning. I checked the display settings, and I couldn't get it to display on an external monitor either. I'm thinking maybe the hard drive is dead, or the connection is loose. Anyone have any ideas? SHould I try to fix this myself, or should I take it somewhere?
