This is very true. But with my extremely positive impression I recieved from Transmonde's tech support staff, I hope, and would not be surprised, if they posted technical answers to our questions....even if they were answered anonymously. I know they (or at least some of them) frequently check this message board and comp.sys.laptops, so maybe once in a while they'll help us out.
